Happy fifteenth birthday, Pirate-Community!

Today is the fifteenth birthday of Pirate-Community. For over a decade and a half now, we have strived to make this place the best we can for Rayman fans, and while there's always room for improvement, we have a lot to be proud of!

While the past year may have been the emptiest so far in terms of Rayman news, there's still a lot to say about the old games in the series, and in fact the forum saw a significant increase in activity at the beginning of this year. Over the last twelve months, 66,538 messages were posted, leading us to a grand total of 1,280,374. That's 7,834 more than the previous year, and while it's still less than we did eleven years ago in 2006/2007, this was without a record day (taking place this Saturday) and with a relatively recent activity bump, so we have many reasons to be optimistic about next year.

RayWiki, indisputably the number one source of Rayman knowledge, now features 5,166 articles in seven languages, an increase of 382 since last year. That's more than one content article a day, and I'd like to thank our contributors for this amazing work.

RayTunes is still the music behemoth we all love, with over 20 GB of high-quality music that our members now enjoy listening to directly on the forum.

And while no major features have been released lately, we're still working hard on software updates and upcoming improvements.

For the forum's good I will soon be replacing Dumbchman as the webmaster of RPC because we always need fresh blood to take the lead once the Admins are getting too slow, ugly and old. Here's a list of what will be new:

• The banner will be added a representation of the mighty Great Flying Poo.
• The read / non read icons of threads will be replaced by eggplants with a white circle drawn on them to please vegetarian members. #Rubber mark#'s idea to rename the forum to Rayman Vegetarian Community will be applied, I will start by calling the board RVC. Conversations involving meat will obviously lead you to a perman ban.
• Tor will be unblocked and RVC hosted as an hidden service (.onion). Warning, child pornography will not be allowed though Bamb00z!
• Original Character and Alexinator will be permanently banned from the board.
• Global moderator #Rubber mark# will be promoted to an administrator while Romano will be downgraded to a casual member and banned for three years, but it's not like he was ever visiting the forum anyway.
• Moderator Lysol will be promoted as a Global moderator hence #Rubber mark#'s promotion as an Administrator.
• Hunchman will be downgraded to a French moderator to reward him for all the years of devotion.
• Moderator LovePédale will be downgraded to a casual member and banned for 24 hours. A new system of points will be added for the man so that when he posts he is automatically deducted 100 Tings. His Record Day rewards will also be negative.
• Due to the popularity of the language a Mexican forum will soon be brought to you.
• Members who wish to join the forum will have to send us a scan of their ID so we can determine if they're Asian or not in order to prevent another invasion.
• Fifo will be taken one million Tings so that we can finance the bank of the Great Flying Poo with them.
• Administrator Hoodcom and Global moderators Boomboleros7 and PluMGMK will remain members of staff so do not harm them unless I tell you to or I will report you to a member of staff.
• Steo, R4Y_ANC3L, The Jonster, Indy, Aaron and Rulez will receive a reward of 100.000 Tings for their support in the Anti-Jlfksjlfl Club thread. Anti-Jlfksjlfl will be banned permanently.
• ShadowRayman's username will be renamed to SadoRayman and he'll receive a toilet rank as a punishment for liking Roblox.
• Tings deductions will be handed out if members do not post one hateful message per day in the racist topic. Tolerance will lead you to a perman ban.
