then i had 100 tings, my avatar changes to a baby globox!
i mean, droolie has Joe, HolyCrap has razorbeard...

This isn't the right forum, but.....
Your avatar changes depending on how many tings you have. Look at the Ranks Topic for more information: viewtopic.php?t=194
You get 5 tings for every post, and you can donate tings to other people.
