It’s as legal as any emulator on an unauthorised platform. Though you’ll still need a jailbroken iPhone/iPad to run it, since it’s seemingly been pulled.

yeah that's what I was thinking and tbh I don't really see myself getting an iPad. I only saw like 1 businessman on the train use one and I only know 1 person in the family that has an iPhone. I hear the things don't even run flash or did they fix that?

It won't run flash apps, but Youtube has it's own plug-in for you to view their site (and videos).

A bit disturbing maybe. I'm more used to feel a key-pressuring than touching "on nothing".

Like: You want to have your finger on the key ready, but not pressing it ( the problem with a keyboard on a touch screen)
