Re: Deathly Hollows
I did. It's really, really good. Not in the normal Harry Potter way though, it was kind of different. It probably stuck as close to the book as any movie has ever done. Even though the book totally dragged out the first 400-500 pages, the movie utilized that space incredibly well in the 2.5 hours it lasted. It was more emotional and serious and almost psychedelic compared to the other Harry Potters. I can't wait for part two. This part by the way ended with Dobby Dying and Voldemorte taking Dumbledore's wand.

Re: Deathly Hollows
The Deathly Hallows was brilliant and my favourite of the Harry Potter movies.
However, it was pretty dark for a 12A rating. There were several scary bits and there was an animated segment which reminded me a lot of Coraline, and the Death character from the animated part looked a lot like the villain from Coraline. There was a kid behind us at the cinema crying his eyes out at that part.
Besides that, however, I thorougly enjoyed it, and the Harry Potter series continues to top that other series that people compare it to.
P.S. Dobby is awesome.

Humans are the third most intelligent creatures on Earth.
Dolphins are the second most intelligent creatures on Earth.
Mice are the most intelligent creatures on Earth.
I am one of the people who agrees with this.
I have my reasons.

Deathly Hallows
I've watched it, but all the good stuff from the book is in the second part.... which comes out in July 2011.

I think you're just young and impatient and don't savior the emotion.Rsandee wrote:Deathly Hallows

Emotion? You mean the angst-filled love triangle that played out over the course of the overlong camping trip?RayFan9876 wrote:I think you're just young and impatient and don't savior the emotion.Rsandee wrote:Deathly Hallows

Re: Deathly Hollows
I don't know if emotion was the right word, it probably wasn't, I'm not sure. Maybe it was. The psycho of it was more interesting though, like the way the locket screwed with their minds. I liked that.spiraldoor wrote:Emotion? Re: Deathly Hollows
That part where they visit Xenophilius Lovegood was good, the tale of the three brothers.
And ofcourse that locket scene.
But i find that ending misleading.
If you've read the book, and know about the elder wand... you can know what i mean.

I'm pretty sure the love triangle was just something Ron imagined after wearing the Medallion of Douchebaggery for too long.spiraldoor wrote:Emotion? I laughed at that part. The awkward dancing was pretty LOLzy for me.El Dango wrote:I'm pretty sure the love triangle was just something Ron imagined after wearing the Medallion of Douchebaggery for too long. Then again, Harry and Hermione suddenly start dancing. That was a weird scene.
