So thanks a lot, Plum, for your translation !

For a while now, I had been talking with LittleLuc by PM about an adaptation of Rayman: Filthy's Supreme Wish to a video-game. It will be a 2D platform game coded in C, with a more energetic and fast gameplay than Rayman 1. There will be a little more, like a more advanced aiming system, and Just-In-Time compilation. You can read the game design document in english (a document which explains the game in relative detail here.
The game will be available for Windows, Linux and Nintendo DS (One of my friends, Rayoyo, will code the DS version), and we will try to port it to Mac OS and BSD.
It had been decided not to announce it because the project wasn't very advanced yet, but I just finished the menu with a short sequence for transition to full screen, so here it is, it's said.
You can see our project here (hosted on sourceforge). There, you can download the music, the menu for Windows or Linux, and the GDD.
A little image of the menu to make your mouths water (yes there are no frames).

The project consists of:
* A 2D artist, LittleLuc. He will work on certain character sprites, but he's in art prep school, so he's overbooked at the moment, so he can't participate regularly.
* A C coder (DevkitARM), one of my friends, he will work on the DS version.
* And myself, a C coder (SDL and its derivatives, fmodex and libttc), I'll work on the game's engine, the PC version and therefore on porting it to other operating systems.
* A composer of music : DesLife
That's it, I'll post news of the game here with LittleLuc and we're looking forward to your criticism of the menu, the GDD and the music!
