Ripping Murfy's Model?

Post by hullabaloo »

I feel bad joining just to ask a question, but this seems to be the only relevant site I can ask such a thing... X_X
Is it possible to rip Murfy's model off of Rayman 2: The Great Escape? I know his Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc model is available yet I prefer the simplistic look of the second game. I tried using Ninja Ripper but to no avail, I don't know if it's possible to rip models from raym.app, and I don't have 3DS Max...
I apologize if this is an inconvenience in any way. Thank you so much for your time! <3

I'm not sure whether Raymap has an own function to export models (though I wouldn't be surprised if it had). However, Unity has a package called 'fbx exporter' which you can download with the package manager in Unity. This lets you export models as .fbx files by right klicking on the desired object in the hierarchy, if I'm not mistaken. Since I hardly know anything about this topic, I can't guarantee that the result will be the way you would like, but if you have Unity installed anyway, you can simply give it a try. :)
