I not see so much about this.
the regional article of can do mentions aesthetics or gameplay chances like American, European, Japanese or other regions. such as, the chances of the NTSC to PAL of the PlayStation version of Rayman 1 and the chances of the American to Japanese version of Rayman 2.
the revisional can do mentions of the chances like rereleases or updates of a game. For example, many rereleases of the MS-DOS version of Rayman 1.
also, this can be write like a list article, like the list of cheats.

Re: Regional and revisional differences
The main articles for Rayman 1 and Rayman 2, already have sections for differences between the versions (which could be expanded). Are you suggesting that this information should be moved to separate pages?
Re: Regional and revisional differences
I thinking that is significantly long info for the main articles, this including do a list of the chances and put many images.

Re: Regional and revisional differences
I'm not well informed regarding this topic, but I guess if there is enough information a separate page could be created (maybe with a name like: "List of changes in [insert name of game]"). A simplified version of the differences text could be kept in the main articles, and a link to the page with more detailed information could be included (like it is done with other topics).
I wonder what others think about this.

Re: Regional and revisional differences
I like the way it's currently done, which is to have a main article and one for each significantly different version. Most of the latter already contain a list of differences.
