Hello everyone! Do you remember Ray, the legendary man from the Rayman 2 commercials? :winkgrin:



A few years ago, the community had found the (Ray)man himself: Harris Fellman, actor for the man that was "Ray, not Rayman", now best known as "Funny Bald Guy", a comedy magician who performs across Europe! :)
From the few interactions we had with him, he was really a fun, nice and humble gentleman! And of course, he didn't forget his legacy as the Ray! :mrgreen:

However, as of 2024, his Twitter account vanished... after some further investigation from me, it got suspended, and there appears to be a bunch of crypto/NFT accounts talking about a "scam" under his last -now deleted- tweets... When checking his Instagram, it's deleted too!
Could he have been hacked or something? :paranormal:

Does anyone who happened to follow him on these websites know what happened to him there? :?
At least, his website and YouTube channel are still up, and so does his Facebook where he seems very much active, so at the very least he appears to be doing well...


Regardless, I hope this topic helped you discover this forgotten actor if you weren't aware of who he is! :mrgreen:
...And remember! It's Ray, NOT Rayman! :P

This is the first time I’ve been hearing this! :mrgreen: I wonder why they didn’t want people shortening the name to ray so much? Also I think they could’ve gotten an actual comedian named ray to fit the role better

Oh yeah! This ad campaign was something, lol! It was strange but I have to say it's memorable. I highly doubt it sold any games, though.

That's honestly probably why those commercials are still talked about to this day. Marketing is so bland nowadays! I miss the quirkiness (even if that meant an animated commerical of Rayman pissing his name in the side of a snowy mountain)

And commercials are even made in the 90s style just for extra style points! I would say commercials today are lacklustre a bit, especially mobile game ads :lol:
