I decided to make a topic about the internet show Death Battle, which pits various fictional characters against each other. Feel free to talk about anything related to the show here. The latest episode just came out which is the silly matchup of Among Us vs Fall Guys.

At first I thought this would be similar to the cartoon rap battles that I used to watch back in, like, 2018

Yeah, Death Battles aren’t normally this silly .

In case anyone’s curious, the most popular Rayman matchups that people want Death Battle to make are Rayman vs Klonoa and the Rabbids vs the Minions from Despicable Me. Though Rayman vs Crash Bandicoot seems to be getting more popular recently.

Yeah! They are both 90s platformer characters who are considered ‘Heroes of Dreams’. Personally, I think the battle is pretty cool and I hope it happens at some point.

Heroes of Dreams, you say? Well, we could have a Rayman vs Nights match up as well! I haven’t played the games, but i do know that it also takes place in a dream world.
Also, isn’t there already a Rayman vs Crash match? It was also in spanish, i think.

Not that I’m personally aware of. One group of people did make an impressive fan made blog of Rayman vs Crash earlier this year though.

It was done by a different channel, and a cool bit of trivia about it is that it’s the most viewed video to feature rayman in it, which I assume has approximately 30 million views

Ah, okay then. I just remembered seeing it in like, 2022 and it kind of left a mark on me
But it’s pretty cool that it’s the most viewed video with Rayman, thanks for sharing!

This is by far the dumbest death battle in the most confounding one I’ve ever seen. 10 out of 10 loved it.

A little outdated but this is probably how Rayman would be analyzed if he appeared in Death Battle.

Interesting summary, but it lacks a bit in research. It fails to account for the different versions of Rayman's origins found throughout the series, seems to ignore that "thingamajig" is just a word, says the golden fist makes his fist twice as strong (it's more complicated than that) and appears to take the scrapped propeller ability as canon.

That, and did he really call the Vortex power's whirlwinds "galaxy-like projectiles"?

I remember Halo being discussed a lot on the forum, a long time ago.

Surprised they hadn’t made this one already! I always have this conversation with my brother. I’m quite fond of both games, but I think Doomguy would win.
