Have you ever done calorie restriction to slow aging?

Post by Tribelle2026 »

Reducing your calorie intake from maintainance (the calories you require to maintain your weight) by roughly 12–25% without malnutrition has been shown to slow the pace of biological aging in humans. Have you ever done calorie restriction?

Isn't "Nia Nih" Japanese for "what"?

(What do you mean I'm not contributing to this conversation?)
