Look, a lot of people have been bullied, I as well. This isn't an excuse for immature behaviour of asking for handicaps on the Internet. Observe how others act for a bit and try to be a little less impulsive. If you're unable to do this, then maybe you need some guidance.
I'd also recommend improving your grammar, a lot. No one wants to listen to someone who has such a meagre grasp of written language.

That would be my advice too. Observe the behaviour of others and try to apply that to your own reactions. That goes for here as well; observe how other, older, more experienced members behave and try to imitate their behaviour. That way you'll earn respect.
