Does it really meet the requirements?
I'm not the only one who can see a cursor upon the image, am I? -- 22:41, 19 June 2014 (CEST)
- No, you're not. I see it too.
- Incredible... This file is here since 2009, and nobody noticed that before you...
- We should change that image. Because of the cursor, it doesn't meet the requirements of the wiki. --Boomboleros7 22:52, 19 June 2014 (CEST)
- I've switched templates, now all we need is the replacement. -- 23:01, 19 June 2014 (CEST)
- I will send a message to Hunch, maybe he can take another screenshot of the Glade. --Boomboleros7 23:10, 19 June 2014 (CEST)
- There's no need to call Hunch, I just took a screenshot without the cursor. For some reason the information was not updated with this following image: http://puu.sh/9BY9q/384f7ce3cf.jpg -- Haruka 13:03, 20 June 2014 (CEST)
- Nevermind, it just refreshed. -- Haruka 13:05, 20 June 2014 (CEST)
- Sorry to be a pain in the ass but that's not a very good image, it's too compressed (see the noise around Rayman) and you don't see the typical features of the Dreamcast version such as the sky. I believe we need another one. — 16:01, 20 June 2014 (CEST)
- Right, back to the NotOK template, then. -- 17:20, 20 June 2014 (CEST)
- I already expected that. I took the screenshot with FRAPS and it doesn't seem to have an available option to regulate the JPEG quality. For the sky, I guess I would have to really take the screenshot before Rayman getting out from the Spiral Door. Appologies accepted. -- Haruka 22:21, 20 June 2014 (CEST)
- Before uploading anything else, would this be ok? http://puu.sh/9Czy1/8b39631be7.jpg -- Haruka 22:26, 20 June 2014 (CEST)
- Is that actually the Dreamcast version? The sky looks totally different from the one in the image with the cursor. — 13:35, 21 June 2014 (CEST)
- :\ I just took it from the NullDC emulator, so yes? Or the emulator is glitched up (which I highly doubt) or there must exist a difference between the PAL/NTSC regions but I also have doubts. -- Haruka 16:27, 21 June 2014 (CEST)
- It checks out with videos on the Dreamcast version. Could the original image have had the brightness settings adjusted, hence causing the discrepancy we're being presented with? -- 17:00, 21 June 2014 (CEST)
- A look at the two images makes it clear that that it's not a matter of brightness or a bug, there's some added clouds to the night sky in the original image. There has to be different versions of it. — 18:07, 21 June 2014 (CEST)
- Those clouds are actually there in all versions of Rayman 2, just very faint:
- With that in mind, could it just be an error in lighting or detail? Did you take the original image on legitimate hardware or via emulator? Also, can we use this template? It gets annoying when we end up having excessively indented talks like this. -- 19:26, 21 June 2014 (CEST)
- The clouds look very different in that image to be honest. As for the original one, it was obtained using nullDC with no particular settings. If it were just brightness, then the whole image would be different. It looks as if it's night in the original one.
- And yeah, let's try this template if it can help.— 20:03, 22 June 2014 (CEST)
- Does starting the level from scratch or repeating it has got to do with the difference of the sky? It could be that. -- Haruka 15:18, 23 June 2014 (CEST)

Hmm, so what came of this line of inquiry? I've ran through the DC version myself now with nullDC, and I've not come across a like sky either. -- 15:19, 30 September 2014 (CEST)
