On January 1, 2018, an update called "Rayman Update" was added to the sandbox game Growtopia. It introduced items called "Rayman's Fist", "Rayman's Hair", "Rayman's Hoodie", "Rayman's Shoes" and "Rayman's Nose". Additionally, the game describes his hoodie to smell like "waffles, vanilla and determination". If the player wears all five of the Rayman-themed items at once, they turn into Rayman and get to play as him.

When equipped, "Rayman's Fist" summons Globox as an assist character, who then gives clues on how to obtain the remaining Rayman-themed items. Notably, in this game Globox mentions that Rayman loves the smell of amber, cannot seem to get pirates out of his hair - presumably referencing the Robo-Pirates from Rayman 2 - and has always had trouble with fish, which may reference his frequent encounters with the piranhas in the games.

On February 24, 2023, as part of the crossover event "UbiWeek," items based on the Dream Forest and Band Land from the original Rayman game were added to Growtopia. Two days later, on February 26, 2023, an item called "Rayman Lock" was introduced, based on a plum. A day later, a Rabbids item was introduced.
