If the touch screen is repeatedly tapped very quickly when the shopping cart [[Rabbid]] starts entering the toilet at the end of a level, and done with extremely precise timing, the level's menu will show on top of the end screen. The game is now soft locked and because the only way to change screens in the game is via the touchscreen, the game has to be restarted to fix the bug.
In Theme Park, Zone 1, Puzzle 5, it's impossible to 100% the level, even if you use hints to "perfectly" place the objects. [Only tested on the DSi Enhanced Edition]

It's possible to have the shopping cart [[Rabbid]] interact with certain placed objects, making it turn around and move really fast in the opposite direction for seemingly no reason. Placing the objects in the same exact way that caused the bug to happen, after exiting and returning to the level, seems to not work, making it very inconsistent. [This has only been shown to happen in Miami, Zone 1, Puzzle 5.]
