Reese is perpetually pregnant with twins due to an alien abduction, from a bizarre long-term lifetime experiment. <sup>''(The Sims 2 was my source of inspiration back in the day, since male Sims would get abducted and impregnated – I wanted to do something different from the norm with him as well)''</sup> He’s having to live his life out like that. While he struggles with it, he’s resilient and he does enjoy it a lot as he gets positive attention from his family and friends.
