A Ting is a collectable item in Rayman. It is a small blue crystal ball that is found scattered across the region in large numbers, often leading Rayman to hidden cages or to safety. It is also apparently used as some kind of currency, as ten tings are needed to be paid to the Magician if you wanted to enter one of his bonus levels.

In the Game Boy Color remake of the game, tings are tiny fairies that are inside the same crystal balls Rayman has to collect.
