In ''[[Rayman: Hoodlums' Revenge]]'', Globox follows [[Rayman]] through much of the game, similar to ''[[Rayman 3]]''. Globox is also a playable character in some levels. Oftentimes there will be a puzzle-like sequence of events that requires the player to use both [[Rayman]] and Globox to move forward in the level. As [[André]] has been consumed once more, Globox can use the effects of [[plum juice]] to do certain things to move on in the stage, such as breaking metal bars.

Within the game's story, [[Globox]] goes missing when he begins to have bad dreams about swallowing [[Andre]]. He is captured first by the [[Hoodlums]], managing to save himself, and then by [[Begoniax]], from whom he is rescued by [[Rayman]].

[[Rayman]] and Globox then go on a mission to stop the [[Hoodlums]] creating a cloned [[Reflux]], however it is eventually revealed that [[Andre]] has taken over the body of Globox, having left a price of himself inside when he was previously swallowed. [[Andre]] takes off in [[Globox]]'s body, causing [[Rayman]] to persue him. [[Rayman]] eventually defeats the cloned [[Reflux]], freeing Globox from [[Andre]]'s control in the process, and the two heroes go home, with [[Rayman]] commenting that they "make a pretty good team".
