These grifty troops are the grunts of the Hoodlum Army and feature some of the most scattershot shooting skills ever seen. The first Hoodmonger to come into existence was [[André]], the Hoodlum leader, although he was soon returned to his [[Black Lum]] form when defeated by Rayman. While off-duty, Hoodmongers live for the cutthroat competition of [[~~toad|~~frog]]-shooting tournaments and playing cards.
