A Snowman is a sculpture found only in the Summit Beyond the Clouds, the seventh of nine levels in Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. They require two hits from Rayman's telescopic fist to be destroyed; once smashed, they release jewels for Rayman to collect; in this they are quite similar to the Garden Raygnomes which appear in the Fairy Council in the same game.
