:Five years later, I'm not really seeing what it adds. The scores are out of date, and updating them would involve removing several champions (those that removed their scores from the HoF after the IPG débâcle). Forgive me, but I think per-country rankings would've been better implemented as a part of the HoF itself (i.e. players optionally specify their country when entering a score) but obviously this would be a big deal to implement.
