:Before the visit of the Precipice, the Grand Minimus of the Rainbow Creek says: "''Then you must find the entrance of the Lava Sanctuary. The mask is hidden inside.''". This line is a correct translation of the original one: "''Puis, cherche l'entrée du Sanctuaire de Feu. Le masque est caché à l'intérieur.''". :At the end of the level after the Pirate Factory, as you said, a Grand Minimus says: "''I will open the sanctuary door for you.''". '''But''' here, there is a '''mistranslation''', since in the original version, he says: "''Je vais t'ouvrir la porte qui mène sous le sanctuaire.''". Which means: "''I will open the door which leads under/beneath the sanctuary for you.''". He clearly says that the level after "the Lava Sanctuary" is "Beneath the Lava Sanctuary". | :At the end of the level after the Pirate Factory, as you said, a Grand Minimus says: "''I will open the sanctuary door for you.''". :::I'm curious, what is the name of the two Lava sanctuary levels in the French version when looking at the spiral doors? Is it still inverted there like the English version, or is it like the original versions? As for which version to keep on the wiki, I believe we should have it how it's shown in the game (inverted), unless it is clear that it's a mistake in which case that has to be clarified somewhere to avoid confusion. I also want to double-check here, was Revolution also originally made in French? I know the original was, but I was thinking that perhaps the PS2 remake wasn't. If that's not the case we can't have the French version as the original since that may be the translation then. --[[File:Carrot signature.png|75px|link=User:Carrot-master]] 09:43, 6 June 2017 (UTC) | :::I'm curious, what is the name of the two Lava sanctuary levels in the French version when looking at the spiral doors? ::::To answer to your questions: In the French version, the names of the two parts of the Lava Sanctuary ("le Sanctuaire de Lave" and "sous le Sanctuaire de Lave") are also inverted on the spiral doors. And the French version is indeed the original, since in ''L'Histoire de Rayman'', it is written that the game was developed in France, by Ubisoft Annecy. Curiously, this information doesn't appear in the game credits, in the manual or on the box art...
::::For the wiki, I thought it would be more logical to ignore the error, but you're right: we should keep the inversion to respect the game and avoid to confuse the game owners. But we should explain in the level descriptions that there are mistakes on the Rainbow Creek doors and signs, and that the surface of the temple wasn't intentionally called "Beneath the Lava Sanctuary".--[[User:Boomboleros7|Boomboleros7]] 12:28, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
