The Woods of Light

The Woods of Light is a location in Rayman 2: The Great Escape, and is the first place Rayman finds himself in after escaping from the Buccaneer. It is a tutorial level in all versions of the game in which Murfy, a greenbottle, arrives to teach the player the basics of the game's controls by walking past the Stones of Thought.
