Talk:Art Rytus
Otto's full name is Otto Psi and Roméo's full name is Roméo Patti, according to what Hunch said in an old thread. Does Gonzo have a surname too? Spiraldoor 17:55, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
- Well it's a bit more complicated. The French names are Otto Psi, Roméo Patti and Garatta Ciatik, which are puns by the way. The original English names, as they were displayed in RZ in 2003, are Kal Ory, Al Urgic and Art Rytus. However, during the translation of the game, those were replaced with Otto, Romeo and Gonzo (from what I've read). And as it it weren't enough of a mess, the third Teensie doctor has another name, Anna Lyse, but I don't remember where it comes from.
- We should find a way to mention this in the corresponding articles.

- In the meantime we'll just redirect. --

- All these names are puns on medical terms: autopsy, aromeopathy, arthritis, calory, allergic, analyse. Is Gonzo the first part of a pun on something? Spiraldoor 14:55, 21 October 2009 (UTC)
- I would highly doubt that. Should we put in all the names as an 'also known as:' section? --iHeckler9

- What is the source for the name "Gonzo"? Also, should we remove the "Anna Lyse" name since the source is unknown at the moment? --Elite piranha (talk) 05:58, 5 July 2020 (CEST)
- I'm pretty sure Anna Lyse wasn't made up, so we might want to keep looking for the origin of the term. As for Gonzo, isn't that what he's called in the game? Can't remember. —

- The third doctor is never called by his name in the game itself (English and French versions). I don't know where the English names on his wiki page come from too. --Boomboleros7 19:12, 7 July 2020 (CEST)
- It seems that the name "Anna Lyse" appears in several polish websites; for example in the profile of Janusz Zadura, the polish voice actor for the Teensie doctors, the name "Anna Lyse" appears. --Elite piranha (talk) 01:35, 9 July 2020 (CEST)
- In Raymap, Gonzo is called "TDoc_Zen" (Otto is "TDoc_Gestapo" and Roméo is "TDoc_Beatnik"). The name "Gonzo" was at some point in Wikipedia, but it was removed years ago. --Elite Piranha
