I've tried Mint back when they fucked around with the update manager and broke Wine. Admittedly, now they fixed that by allowing installation of level 4 & 5 updates. But still, no thanks.

I tried using Linux (fedora, xubuntu) as my main OS for a while, but one area Linux is really lacking right now is with decent art software. GIMP & Krita are on the right track, but they still don't quite own up to having a real native Photoshop.

In my experience, every operating system has something to hate about it, so you may as well just find something modern that you like and use it. But at the moment my main work computer is a Macbook Pro.

I actually don't remember why I originally joined this place other than, "hey it's a place with active admins." Because on the original RaymanZone, the admins were more like mythical beings who'd show up and apply a server or forum update once in a blue moon.

I've been playing Divinity: Original Sin. Mages are a danger to themselves and everyone around them, you can talk to animals, and you can have your 2 main characters get into arguments with each other. It's a good game.
