I've put my full opinion on the Anniversary Edition on the Rayman thread, but "not entirely convinced by the soundtrack" about covers it. I like the new soundtrack as a Rayman 1 tribute album, but a remaster shouldn't permanently replace music without an option to have the originals.

Yeah, that's what I did too. Then I looked it up on the wiki and discovered that was the known work around. I'm not sure what's weirder, the broken trampoline, or the game soft locking after collecting the lum. I'm sure it's just a bunch of glitches, but it does almost seem like a half-hearted ...

I've also heard the Dark Crystal was a heavy infuence on the shift in direction for Rayman 2, or at least, I remember citing that in my disseration. It explains a lot of that dark yet surreal fantasy vibe, I think.
