Dreamcast version have bigger textures, but maybe not always better.

Ah i see. I assume you need that emulator to rip stuff because epsxe won't? My bad. The music at least is easy enough to find anywhere in high quality (i think it's actually on the CD itself and you can just play the files using any media player). Sorry i can't help.

Rayman can be gotten to work pretty much perfectly (or nearly at least) in epsxe. I think Pete's Software graphical plugin will get you the best results as far as graphics go. I'm not sure how the videos display (not tested it lately), but try the software plugin if you haven't. It's FAR more ...
