How's the weather?

More snow!

A million tiny razorblades
Cutting at my face
The wind has teeth
The air is knives
Where can I look to hide

The sky doth weep
Its silver thrives
My blood runs cold
From snow

Meanwhile, completely empty skies here.

According to Irish tradition*, tomorrow, Saint Brigid's Day, is the beginning of Spring. Something tells me it's not going to live up to that.

*and therefore what my contemporaries and I were taught in primary school :!:

Ah, Imbolc. < didn't know that was considered the beginning of Spring, but then < didn't live back in the days when February was anything other than bitter and cold. Do you get to do any cool things tomorrow?

< is importing the You Game, ha.

No, we don't celebrate it in any way once we pass the first few years of primary school. :P Pity really.

The weather today seemed a little capricious. It was cold, but it wasn't cold cold. So strange...

Hmm, looking at the forecast, we're supposedly being spared of the next round of snow. Though given forecasts can be a little unreliable during winter, I guess we'll have to wait and see.

Well, even I had to admit how beautiful the university campus looked covered in snow this morning. I was tempted to take a few photos!

I woke up this morning to snow, snow everywhere (this is London, mind, it wasn't deep). Even the handsome fox from yesterday made an appearance to make the most of it. Luckily it's pretty much melted now, I dread to think what would have happened to London transport if today had been sub-zero.
