The original leak was deleted - did it say the user deleted it, or youtube/ubisoft?
Ubisoft has something to say on the tuesday.
Sakurai was disappointed, that Brawls 3D animated videos were posted on the youtube and the "surprises and rewards" were spoiled for everyone. So he made the animators do the character trailers for this game. But leakers spoiled also those. And now they were prepared for this, and if it was going to be spoiled, they would've used this. But since it wasn't spoiled, and the reveal was going to be on the tuesday, they decided to trick us for a few days with this confusion...
But... NO, PLEASE, DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING ANYMORE, NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN, MEWTWO WILL BE THE FINAL DLC.
Ps. if you guys remember, Sakurai also trolled us with the Rayman trophy reveal on the character reveal day. So, it has happened twice now. It's seriously too much for me, this has affected me a lot and I'm going to have trust issues from now on... And I'm not joking, but I'm not in the best condition either (mentally exhausted).

Hmm, I have to agree that some of the reactions I've seen are unwarranted, one might want to reconsider their priorities if they're going to send threatening messages over something that in the grand scheme of things, is pretty trivial.
 
To be fair, one must recognize when a prankster's done a pretty clever job. You can call him an asshole as much as you want, but he didn't harm anyone. He's just made us feel the wrong emotions about something that isn't happening. That's what a prankster does. When you come out of a door dressed as a monster to scare someone, that's what you're doing: Playing with their emotions while showing a fake scenario.

The guy's talented. That's it. Time to move on and play some Smash.
 
I'm surprised that with his skill, he didn't pick a shittier character. I would have loved to see some of you respond to a Rabbids DLC leak.

Well hackers exposing security breaches in big companies websites are sometimes hired by said companies so who knows? maybe for the guy it might not be trivial after all.

Because why choose negative when you can choose positive? For me, it's just better in general to be positive and happy than negative and sad. It just feels much better to be optimistic.
