How's the weather?

Hearing the difference in temperature from the north to the south of the metre-long country that is England makes me want to sneeze and laugh.
 
Speaking of which, tonight's episode of Top Gear had a segment in Canada, there was plenty of snow.

Hmm, I always did wonder why some folks end up being extremely energetic when they don't get sleep, always seemed a little contradictory to me.
 
I'm the complete opposite, I get sluggish and grumpy when I don't get enough sleep. I suppose it's not contradictory from an evolutionary point of view, Ad's more likely to survive in the wilderness than someone like me.

It's definitely a thing, usually not until you've been awake a while, and when you're on no sleep rather than not enough sleep. It's like the body is compensating, and you have to be jittery to stay awake.
 
I think you meant solar, but I can never tell.

On a more serious note, heavy hail, might be wise to get that hard hat I got in Switzerland if I go out.
