Rayman 3 scores

A few hours ago, I finished FC with 63.750 Points...
Haven't been here a while and just saw this. Absolutely hilarious. :D

You had more success that I usually did with similar inventions. At least you were able to convince a few people, I rarely did that.

Are you playing R3 at the moment? If so, what do you play?

I'm still in HH part 1. It's hell to finish, but I'll get there one day.

I've had a shitload of real life issues to deal with during the past few months (and still have), so I still have no time at all. I'm planning on finishing up that No-Glitch-Game once I come around to it.

Good luck with HH1 in the meantime. ;)

Well, I play the obvious Matuvu - Green Gem Combo in the first area. In the Warehouse I play the second of the Matuvu - Tribelle Combos listed below. My problem is the lack of free time to play R3. In order to succeed in HH1 I will have to play undisturbed for a week or two and that hasn't been possible so far this year.

Anyway, the Matuvu - Tribelle Combos copied from page 315:

1. Start at the top with the Hoodboom and finish the combo with the Tribelle. It goes like this:

The Matuvu Tribelle Combo:
hLDHL|YYYYY|YYYEL|LHMHMu|RRRT

Combo: 9.360
Basic: 2.840
Total: 12.200

Gems in the Warehouse: The Cage, YYY and YYY
Total: 840

Combined: 13.040 points

2. Start with the Cage, kill a Hoodblaster, get to the eight Yellow Gems on the ledge, fall down to kill the Elite Monger and finish with the Tribelle.

The Cage - Matuvu - Tribelle Combo:
yyyyy|yyyyy|yyhly|yyyyy|yyeLLHLLMaHMuRTRR

Combo: 10.510
Basic: 2.390
Total: 12.900

Loose points: The Hoodboom, two Lums and the Door, YYY and YYY
Total: 420

Combined: 13.320 points

The latter is the most profitable, but it's hell to play. It requires immaculate box jumping.

ah I see. Well I found a couple of stuff in HH over the last months but unfortunately haven't come to record anything yet. Most of it is in part 3, but also several stuff in 1 and 2. Overall maybe 1500 points, if we're lucky 2000.

I think it should be a little bit difficult, and I doesn't want to play the full game again to get a new score...
(if I have to restart another party)

Just added my score to the Hall of Fame. It's so awesome that the original Lums Race codes can be used here! :D
I'm the 145th at the moment and still have a lot of room to improve, as I only did one playthrough on the GC version so far, so I missed a lot of stuff, especially in The Longest Shortcut. I replayed the Hoodlums' HQ and The Bog of Murk before submitting my score and got a grinning Murphy for both. :yeah:

I assume that it IS possible to enter new codes as I progress with my score, right?

It takes a lot of time for getting scores like that...

I can imagine. Damn, you have to be flawlessly precise with every combos and score tactics. Not to mention paying attention to the order you're getting them in.

Yeah, but there is a lot of other great scores.. ^^'
But I'm happy with this one.. About updating it, I don't think.. 682069 is really good for me.

I recall receiving a code after beating the 360 re-release as well. Does anyone here tried that what the HoF will set as played platform if one submits a code received from Rayman 3 HD?

There isn't any codes received by playing Rayman 3 HD.

Nope, the Lums Race menu itself is indeed disabled, BUT after the credits sequence, you DO get to see your code once after beating the game.
I also recall a glitch video (maybe it was a hack video and the aforementioned thing may had been the part of that video as well, as my memories regarding this thing are vague) showing that the HD release's menu system can be glitched and you can actually see your supposed code, as the menu for the code still exists in the game, it's just programmed to be disabled, so you can't see it.
