Dear members, let us explain what happened with Harpic.
First of all, I'd like to remind everyone that this member has a very heavy record on our forum. He has already been banned several times, performed ban evades, and spammed for entire days, sometimes creating 20 news accounts (most of the time with offensive names) a day. He was nothing more than a toxic member, and thus he was banned permanently. After some months, it has been decided that we would give him a second chance, but that the mod team would closely watch him and be far less tolerant in regards to all the past troubles he had caused.
However, Harpic has been involved in lots of incidents recently, and has not been showing a good attitude. I could mention the troubles with Fifo (insults on the forum, by PM, even though both have been warned and punished multiple times for doing so), or with 4kidslover (Harpic created a bait topic to mock and enrage someone he brought on the forum just for his own amusement)... He has also recently been warned for not respecting rules in some game threads, but did not see fit to improve the quality of his contributions. When punished, he talked back with much hypocrisy and insolence to the mod who contacted him.
It has also been brought to our attention that Harpic has been trolling and harassing some PC members outside of the forum. However, it has been decided that these incidents are not to be taken into account for the upcoming punishment.
He has a clear tendency to stir troubles and provoke people for fun, is often very hypocritical, and is always defiant of the mod team. While these incidents, taken separately, might not seem to be such a big deal, the whole picture is not pretty, and considering his record, we are not inclined to be indulgent. The mod team is fed up with his attitude (which is a recurrent topic of conversation between us), and since ting deductions and warnings don't change anything, it has been decided that Harpic shall be banned for one week.
