I dreamt that I was looking out my window with my family as the moon, red-tinged and giant, appeared above and slowly set. But then, it came back up from below the horizon, going the other way. Then it reversed, and so on and so forth. Each time, it got a little smaller and more 'broken', 'bloody', like it was tectonically active. As it went back and forth across the sky I realised it was approaching, but no one seemed to be worried so I stayed quiet. I woke up with my heart pounding when it came hurtling past us and I heard the sound of crashing.
Funny thing was, I didn't realise it was a dream at all, probably because there was nothing out of the ordinary about how terrified I felt - also how I felt I needed to stayed quiet. Like, that's anxiety. Feeling frightened - no less than if a celestial object was rapidly approaching Earth - and learning to discount yourself and say nothing. It's cool I have my dreams to psychoanalyse me rather than the other way round
I've had other dreams where celestial objects get smaller as they get closer and more dangerous, even where I've witnessed their approach from my own window, dunno what that's about.
