Cindy's sig : 7/10. Cathartic due to simplicity. Contrast with the multi-colored text a bit too harsh, though.

Well loop'd, nice flashing text, not too violent flash, yep, pretty good.
The mouths however, don't look that well looped tho, but I think it's just me.
I think it deserves a 9 for some reason, I can't just give a 10 :/

I don't think it's bad. I think it's quite abstract. What I see is some sort of dark blue see with a tree with christmas lights. The dark green of the rpc at the bottom makes up some grass. And at the left we can see some sort of shore I suppose.

I like the colours but the mouth movements look a bit unnaturally timed. Also I don't really like the show it's from. Still, the background and the effect with the squares looks nice, it'd be a good background for a custom cig with a name on and the yellow matches the yellow text of RPC (at least with the old theme).
 
Serza : 8/10 : too much cutesy ToS which was already too much cutesy which was the reason I didn't enjoy it the way I should have. Otherwise nice construction ans symetry.

Liking the design, especially the colour palette, though the text doesn't look right to me. I think it may look a little bit better with a dark blue outline like the characters have but it's hard to tell without seeing it.
One thing is the font (a completely personal nitpick) which looks a bit cheesy to me for some reason, but I think it looks a bit odd also because of the space at the top and bottom that could have been filled with text/a taller font.
They're only small things really, but the outer template looks good.

While I like the design with the different images coming from the left, I think the white space is a bit of a waste - it would be better to have your name there or possibly just overlapping the images from the left; at least make it bigger and possibly add a bit more colour I'd say.

The text was really annoying because I tried outlining it but it started pixeling up on me which is why I left it as is, not to mention annoying to place since it liked bumping into Zelos' (Long haired man) little hair curl thing. I might see about a better font though especially one which would actually outline better.

EDIT : Ambi gets 7/10 for Mr Green, it's nice and simple but that's really all one could say about it.

I was going to try another, more colourful and generally less emptly sig with Jano in, but I couldn't get anything I was happy with so I guess I'll be keeping this one for quite a while (and maybe add a few more faces now and then)
 
Despite the fairly simplistic look going on in my current sig I - well I wouldn't say I despise simplicity but rather I like to have a bit more than flat out minimalism.

Although looking at yours one issue I have is the lack of black outline around your text in contrast to the face, and also the fact that (in the case of mr green at least) the text looks a lot brighter than the face.
 
The outline on the face is more to emphasise the fact that it's different to the text, as if the text originally did have an O and the face was bung'd on top of it. Also I see what you mean with the shading but it's there for the same reason really, so the text was supposed to seem on a different level almost.

Maybe you can make a sig where the O is switched with Jano :D (Jano is pretty much round).
