Re: Rayman Adventures
How is App Store even able to tell that? Can you try typing fake New Zealand address? I put fake address on PayPal and my card from another country and not the country what says on my PayPal account and it works. Card was accepted.

What does PayPal have to do with this? Can you use it as a payment method for the App Store?OCG wrote:Can you try typing fake New Zealand address? I put fake address on PayPal and my card from another country and not the country what says on my PayPal account and it works. Card was accepted.

An arm and a leg's worth of free, if this is anything to go by: https://itunes.apple.com/nz/app/rayman- ... 20044?mt=8
I'm guessing they've gone the microtransactions route with this one.

Re: Rayman Adventures
Yep, it's free though with a lot of iap
I've tried the game and while it is very fun it quickly gets repetitive as you'll have to replay the same levels over and over again
Re: Rayman Adventures
Free, but the game will try to convince you a lot to spend in-game purchases by making you wait a few hours before you can progress game unless you don't pay.Haruka wrote:How much the app will cost?
Re: Rayman Adventures
The wait times do get very long, but I ain't giving in. I've already experienced the wait times. I just put the game down for a while and do something else. The only way the game got me to spend money was exclusive costumes... for Barbara...

Eeh, the whole "WANNA BUY A NEW LIFE, OR WAIT X MINUTES," thing is one of my biggest pet-peeves when it comes to freemium apps.

Ugh, Rayman. Come on. You're better than this.
Re: Rayman Adventures
Yeah, he is. But not enough copies of Legends were sold, so now he's forced to be doing this.Sabertooth1000000000 wrote:Ugh, Rayman. Come on. You're better than this.
Oh well, at least this a free game and people eat those up like nothing. Hey, this a probably a good thing. Maybe more people will download the game, really like the gameplay and learn about Legends, leading in the buying of more copies of Rayman, not only resulting in the rise of popularity of Rayman but also rise Ubisoft's confidence in the Rayman franchise, thus them having more faith in the Rayman series.
But what should I know. I'm just a 19 Year old college student who draws.

Oooooh, Ubisoft, how could you have you fall so low...OCG wrote:Free, but the game will try to convince you a lot to spend in-game purchases by making you wait a few hours before you can progress game unless you don't pay.Haruka wrote:How much the app will cost?
Re: Rayman Adventures
This is Ubisoft we're talking about. The company that releases glitchy ass games and created uPlay.incognito wrote:Oooooh, Ubisoft, how could you have you fall so low...OCG wrote:Free, but the game will try to convince you a lot to spend in-game purchases by making you wait a few hours before you can progress game unless you don't pay.Haruka wrote:How much the app will cost?
Re: Rayman Adventures
Is it gonna come for Android December 3rd?
Re: Rayman Adventures
Yep. Android and iOS. Btw, anyone who has the soft launch version must reinstall the game it seems like when it comes out
Though the progress is saved through cloud
Re: Rayman Adventures
I was thinking about Ubisoft when it was Ubi-Soft, things change since.Bradandez wrote:This is Ubisoft we're talking about. So if I delete the soft launch version and get the official U.S. Version, my progress will be a-ok?Carrot-master wrote:Yep. Android and iOS. Btw, anyone who has the soft launch version must reinstall the game it seems like when it comes outThough the progress is saved through cloud
Re: Rayman Adventures
I think you should keep a save of the app, just in case, I'm afraid the final release will be an ad-ware.Bradandez wrote:So if I delete the soft launch version and get the official U.S. Version, my progress will be a-ok?Carrot-master wrote:Yep.
