Oh, blow me. What's wrong with a little optimism? I'm not saying our man, Ray, is a shoe-in, but he does have a fighting chance to become a fighter. He's been highly ranked against the other fighters, he's had a major history with Nintendo, the Rayman Dev Team are 100% supportive of having Rayman in, and Rayman has 3 trophies for fuck's sake. Three. I'm so sorry your pessimistic ass has a problem with me having a little hope.

I think it's funny that Cloud enters the game, since FFVII is being remade at the same time on a competing console. Seemingly, Nintendo did it as a response to draw in more people.

He would be a Robin clone.
 
Well Sora comes from an Action RPG series, so his moves are either meant to chain long combos, deal heavy damage from limits and skills, or deal different elemental damages. Where Sora (from KH1) can deal differently from other sword wielders is that he's light, has a small "sword", but hits like a truck.

His magic includes Fire, Ice, Thunder, Aero (which lessens damage while doing low contact damage), Gravity, Cure, Stop, Magnet, and (I'm not joking) Balloon; which wields along with some trademark special attacks including Blitz:

He's be kinda like taking Robin, making him lighter, and providing a better balance between physical and magical abilities (and if they wanted to they could just make Sora use the magic not being used by others right now like Blizzard, Stop, and Balloon.)

Well, tomorrow's the day that Rayman's Smash fate will be revealed. Either he's a playable or just stays a trophy and nothing more. Let's hope for the best! :D
 
Apparently Nintendo fucked up again, cause 3 people have leaked (and one of them is the one who leaked Ryu) the update content, holy shit I'm so hyped, leaving the internet :mrgreen:
 
Luckily, the only character revealed in the leak is Cloud. So he's definitely coming tomorrow. Nothing new has been leaked though! :D
 
Indeed, they also leaked some amiibo costumes if I recall?
