Rayman Adventures

Don't know if you've been able to before, but you can now play without internet (though only the adventure you're currently in)

Hi guys!

I hope you can help me!
I want to make a localization for the game, but have no idea where to start. Is there a tool which I can use to get the text files or something?

Thanks for the help!

Localizing game is not that easy and simple. Otherwise anyone would translate Japanese exclusive games within a month.

No, it's not that easy if you're the one who makes the tool for it, but if there's a program and the maker shares it, then it's not a big deal. I just don't know if there's a way to get the text files or not (yet).

As the game just got the released that's not something that's been made yet and I highly doubt it'll ever be as there's no real motivation to do so. There was a tool made for Rayman 2 though so maybe it'll come some time in the future, though unlikely.

Yeah, it's called "Restore Purchase" in most of these games. You don't play a lot of these kind of games, do you? :)
You didn't get his post, he did restore his purchase but it didn't recover the potions and gems of the pack. Only after erasing everything was he able to get most of his stuff back.

By the way, as I said earlier I filed a support ticket for the loss of my data and received a reply according to which the development team would look into the issue. My ticket was subsequently closed, without any update from the development team. And my data is still missing. I'll probably file another ticket, but I expect the same thing to happen.

I can try syntheticgerbil's trick, but all of my achievements, creatures, and level data will still be lost though.

I'm really not one to whine, but I was disappointed with the game after that bug, and now I'm disappointed with the support. No one likes losing their data and not being able to recover it, especially the parts they paid for. :|

Are you guys tqlking about Android ? Because you should definitely try Titanium Backup, of course it requires root first, I think.

I'm calling it now: The Incrediballs will become "fan favorites" (i.e. Ubisoft will tell us they are) and get their own spin-off mobile game series. Rayman is again left behind just as he was in the late noughties, but this time in a greater state of uncertainty. Then in 2021 Rayman is revived on the Xbox Edge and PS5 platforms as a collectathon 3D platformer, because that's what will be in style at the time. Hmm, those talking bear enemies sure are cute...

Yep, I could very well see a tv-series based on the Incrediballs instead of Rayman...
Please no. I don't hate Incrediballs but I think it is unfair that they get TV Series but no Rayman.

I have the feeling thus will extremely certainly happen, unfortunately.

I'm pretty sure you wanted to say that :

Typical, really, I have some kind of Déjà Vu feeling on this one.

I don't hate the Incrediballs either, though I see the same thing happening as what happened with the Rabbids. I never hated the Rabbids, I actually think the first Raving Rabbids game is decent. What I don't like about the Rabbids however is how they continued making a new Rabbid game one after another and how Rayman was no longer the main character in his own games even though he was clearly in the title.

Ehh, while I admit the exposure of the Incrediballs is intriguing, they don't seem to have that gimmicky yet iconic factor that characters like the Rabbids and Minions have. Then again, I might just not be seeing it.
