When it comes to voting for sigs I usually go with you vote for half of that's there (In this case there's a whopping 12 sigs therefore 6 votes), when it comes to odd numbers this is rounded down (E.g. 13 votes would result in 6 votes while 11 would result in 5). Having so many votes allows sigs to have a better chance to at least get votes if not a further edge to winning. But of course I allow people to vote for less on the off chance that people don't think that many sigs are good. In that sense it's more of a maximum number to vote for as opposed to "you have to vote for exactly this many".
