Oh my, this is interesting! The debug Rayman is kinda scary if you ask me! And I wonder why they scrapped the burned Rayman costume. Great discovery as always GOT4N!

There we go, unused costumes, there are only 2 (one of them is debug), lol
Good discovery !
Thanks you guys!
So, what is going to happen next? Welp, unused animations, no? :mryellow:
I found out how to replace ennemies animation by other (atm just the same model, I'll see if I can replace characters Kappa)
I started with Xowar, cos that might be one of the most interesting one no? :)

Ah-ha! This is very interesting, nice to see that some of the animations of when he was going to be a boss are still there.
Do you think there are some animations for the glute and the bonton?

From what I've checked no, unfortunately, but I'm gonna check more

yeah thanks for telling me on skype and here! :)

Wow, another great discovery! Say, one stupid question. By finding this unused animation, is it possible to find more unused animations of other characters, like Rayman, Globox and much more by the way? Like seen on TCRF, many programmers left unused animations in games because they are too lazy to remove it.

EDIT: Isn't it possible per Dolphin Emulator to see unused Gamecube/Wii games animations? I see few people doing it with games like Mario Galaxy or Sunshine. Question only is, if it works for Rayman 3.

I heard Uglette was intended to be in Rayman 3.By the way that Xovar monster is on loading screen in Rayman 3 demo.

Thanks! And, It does work with every character that has animation, I tested with Globox and Rayman, it did at least. But from the few anims I checked, I haven't found unused one, but I need to check more!
Also, about your question on Dolphin, well that depends, Mario Galaxy and sunshine have been digged a lot, so people have made tools to check files etc, but don't forget it's Rayman 3 haha so no software to check models etc, I found this tool-less (if Cheat Engine doesn't count as a tool) #dolphincrashes
Hope I anwsered your question! :D

We know it's in the Rayman 3 demo, that's why it's in Tower of Leptys

I hope The Cutting Room Floor add more infos about Rayman games cut contents.
They won't. I talked many times of Rayman in the iirc chat, they didn't care. I did created the Rayman 3 page on it, but it's way too incomplete because I don't want to spend 9000 hours finding back everything :P
I created the Rayman 2 proto page, but same, incomplete as crud, I tried adding things in Origins.
I think, so far we are the only community of Rayman that minds digging through files.
Besides: don't think that TCRF is a special community. Most of them are just diggers from random communities that dig through the files of their favorite games. It's not a special team that digs on every files, it's a wiki, don't forget it. :)

You guys should make a manifest/log of everything that was discovered, it would help casual visitors toto get the points faster rather than having to browse pages of theorical babbling to find what they are looking for.
Just sayin'

I agree, the wiki doesn't have a lot of that type of info

Problem is: there are a loot of small things I/we found during researches that I haven't posted/just quickly said, so refinding anything is going to be pretty tough :oops2:

I don't want excuses, gimme results !

About tcrf, should we add more into the Rayman sections, to make the articles about Rayman in tcrf bigger? Maybe more people will see it and get interested! And you guys have already found interesting stuff in the Rayman games, like unused textures, Beta images, unused sound-effects and much more! I guess pictures are always welcome, especially on tcrf

I myself have made an account on tcrf and could help with BETA pictures, etc.

There many HD textures even for Super Mario 64.Erik Ross used assets of original Super Mario 64 from N64 into HD on Android and PC.
