I saw that Hunch was playing it a few hours ago when I went to my console to do the daily challenges of Rayman Legends. Will you aim for the Platinum trophy? :P

No fucking way, I never managed to get a single one and I can't even be bothered the play the game every day. In fact, I hadn't played it in years.

I wonder if the HD version is ever going to arrive in the PS4 store, I think the xbox one store already has it, kind of a shame because I wanted to try it :S .

Maybe there's still some licensing to do?

It reminds me that for some reason the PS1 classics of Rayman aren't available in every PlayStation Stores.

Hmm, hopefully they do a better job in fixing the bugs if they ever do bring it to the PS4, but Ubi's not exactly given themselves the best reputation when it comes to bugs lately.

Isn't the Xbox One version version just through backwards compatibility? The PS4 doesn't have that, so the only way they'd bring it there would probably be through Playstation Now. About PS1 classics, they're available everywhere as far as I know. Well, everywhere PS1 classics work that is. Only Rayman Rush is missing.

Joining the multitude of Rayman titles to see rereleases on online services is...the GBA version of Rayman 3?

Rayman Advance is also going up on the Wii U virtual console. No sign of RRR GBA though. Bit odd to have these titles come to the Wii U Virtual Console now (granted it's just NA), considering how the Wii U is pretty much dead at this point.

Oh boy, I sure would want to play Rayman Advance on the big screen rather than the Playstation version.
Rayman 3 GBA is cool though.

This is actually great news. Believe it or not, this will expose a lot more people to the overlooked treat that is Rayman 3. I'm hoping this provides a window for new gamers to look into the old era of Rayman before Rabbids and UbiArt.

Perhaps so, but given how this is being put on the Wii U, and only in North America. I don't think there's going to be much in the way of exposure. We can only hope that it'll make the move to the Switch whenever Ninty decides to add Virtual Console support to it.

That GBA version was pretty good, though I'm curious what it'll look like on a big screen.

Strange that Europe is not included in the release. As for the GBA in a big screen, we could always ask to Game Boy Player + GameCube owners!

Doesn't Europe usually get Virtual Console games a few months later? About playing on a big screen, it would depend on the upscaling used. I'd imagine Rayman Advance looking pretty bad though...

Rayman Advance on a TV… I refuse to believe it possible. :boon: Maybe there's some chance that they're going to port a better version and just call it Advance as an excuse to put it on Nintendo's service. :fou:

Upscaling a downscaled version would be such a disgrace indeed.

Now that you guys are mentioning it, I just am having a terrible picture of an upscaled Rayman Advance on my head. And then there's the music bonus. Rémi didn't deserve this!

I only played that port a single time from the start to the end in a physical cartridge. Didn't even dare to play through emulation.
