Probably not the best place to ask, but I'll give it a shot anyways. Does anyone know of any relatively affordable but reasonably effective air filters? I can apply ointments and creams endlessly, but it'd be nice if I could deal with the source of the problem.
 
If you asked me about air filters for gasmasks or helmets I could've answered you, but my knowledge seemingly ends here.

How big, may I ask ?

Nope, as far as I'm aware you'll just take the rust all alone while still being coded to wake up once every year.
