A spectre keeps breaking into my room and stealing my shiny Crazy Bones and it's really starting to scare me/piss me off

The scariest horror movie for me is John Carpenter's The Thing.

I could do with actually watching/reading more horror but I don't know where to start and will get bored of watching Jack Frost 2 every Christmas eventually.

Some horror I have actually watched include the original 1979 Amityville Horror, the Japanese version of the Ring and The Birds but I don't think I could take these films so seriously now.

Just watched Heidi (2014). Entertaining, but it clearly failed to use its potential, to the point it felt rather boring at times.

I watched two of "The Ring" movies. It was not really generally scary.
In my opinion, it is more of a "really-messed-up-mind-twisting-playing-with-your-head-you're scarred for life" kind of scary.
I am just saying it because I had a dream about that movie once.

Did you watch the original Japanese movies or the remakes?

The remakes. The Japanese movies were not available on Netflix.
I still liked them though.

I thought the first one was pretty rad, though the following ones kinda failed to innovate.

Anyone else have seen "Saw 2"?
Wasn't really scary for me, it's just that I felt sick on some parts.
Like at the beginning, someone had to cut and remove one of their own feet to escape from being chained. There weren't even any sharp-edged tools.
It involved a lot of body part removals.

To be fair, we all probably were annoying when we were younger.

That is absolutely false. I have always been the suave and ponderate fellow I am today.

Then again, due to a lab experiment conducted on my mother in a maternity built above an aztec graveyard, I am born at the age of 25.

Recently watched more of the Friday The 13th slasher franchise.
The first movie was first and only one I've seen Thanks to the limitations of Netflix. I watched the other movies in the franchise elsewhere in some other online movie website called "Putlocker"(I can't stand a lot of these "Watch Movies Online" Websites and I don't use them anymore just because of repetitive ads and slowing down of the device) But stopped the use of it eventually and Almost watched everything.
Few of the movies are really Good(and possibly better.)

I've checked up on some indie project for a "Look See" and I'm unimpressed. It's just a Slenderman clone, with a different set of rules. Why do people fawn over this junk?

What if the spooky clown from the new movie went "He's gonna take you back to the past, to play the shitty games that suck ass"?
