Rare Rayman Pictures

I did try compiling a list, but that was quite some time ago, years even. It'll probably be best to co-ordinate and start from scratch.

What do you mean with the verb "co-ordinate"?

Given the large amount of pages that this thread has, we should get multiple members to help compile and compare what images this thread has and what is on RayWiki. It'll be effective if we split the thread between members, and then compile a final list between ourselves at the end.

Okay. Depending on the amount of users who are interested, each user could take 10-20 pages, who checks with the RayWiki and adds the images.

heres a picture of the cover art to a rarely known sequel to rayman 3

I found photo of artbook, and it has picture of the girl who had to be in Rayman 4! :D
I wish I had this book.
Look at Ray's costume, he's so cool! 8)

Hmm, isn't that from the L'histoire De Rayman book from Pix N' Love? I've never seen it in person, so I'm not sure, but I know some members have. Did anyone ever get round to scanning it? See Boombolero's response below.

I don't know if the author still visits the RPC, but it's not a reason to ignore what he said years ago:

Like I was saying on the french thread, please don't scan anything from the book or the artbook. I'm sure you all know that's completely illegal.
So please, don't show scans of that book on the site.

My mistake, I'll cross that out now. That being said, have all the notable findings from the book been noted in RayWiki? We should be ok to note things so long as we cite the book as reference, right?

Of course, there is no problem with that.

I think so, I remember that Haruka added a lot of informations from the book some months ago.
I'll compare the French and the English wikis to see if they have the same informations.

I did not see the posted pic but I am almost 100% sure it is a character that got developed during the Rayman 4 era which is very likely to have been the base for Barbara's design in Rayman Legends' development. If it is that then you guys did the right thing.

I recall someone saying E3 2001, but that might just be random garbage from the top of my head.
I'm going to save that for archiving.

This was from the original E3 from 1995, but it could've possibly been shown at CES from that year too

I am going to share here two storyboard fragments of what seem to be from an episode that was never finished and shown on its final version (or it could be a very early concept of the No Parking episode). It is Flash only but it is interesting to analyse the content:

Is it me or humans were intended to appear first than the Grub species or they would visit a different town where only humans reside in it?

EDIT: Spent the last hour trying to merge all into two different pictures as a way to catalogue this. :)

Nice find, and nice stitching! :) They're in English, no less. And Betina's old name was Roz? Interesting…
