Another tricky one. Rayman 2 I like as an experience, but as a game, it's a bit low fat these days. Once you've 100%ed, there's very little point to replaying. Rayman 3 has the replayability, but it's a shorter game and you can only go through the same set of levels so many times before you burn out. The UbiArt games do have the content, and of course, Rayman Legends has its daily, weekly and monthly challenges.

I think I'll go for Legends.

Well Designer gives a lot of options for replayability, so that seems like a pretty obvious answer there, so I'll go with that.

If we were talking mainline though it'd be R1. Something about R1's design feels so timeless- like every time you come back to it, it's refreshing to look at visually. I don't feel this way with 2 and 3, as much as I love those games.

Yeah but a lot of those challenges do tend to repeat themselves, so that might get sort of redundant after some time.

Fair point, I admit, I don't have any experience with Rayman Designer, though in general I don't tend to gravitate towards Rayman 1's style of gameplay either ways.

Ray502[/color]"]Ninth poll incoming: "If you had to play only one Rayman game for the rest of your life, which would it be?"
For me, it has to be Rayman 3 Hoodlum Havoc. I could spend many hours on end trying to make the highest score in a level possible.

In light of the recent Instagram post by Michel Ancel, the tenth poll will be: "What should the "fourth" Rayman adventure be based on?"

Nyeah something new (Rayman Revenge of the Dark + Picture city is a desolate place: RaytunesHD remake?), I would be down for the UbiArt games being translated into 3D. I think that would allow much more creative freedom than hearkening back to a mid 2000s perspective of 3D platforming.

While I'd like to re-live the old titles it's always nicer to have something new. I've always been fascinated by 4th wall breaking but there aren't that many games that do it well without it being used for cheesy jokes (Rayman 3 for example) but I think Rayman is a pretty good candidate for something like that, at least more so than an IP like Mario or Zelda.

Let's start the 11th poll: "What's your opinion on the Atari Jaguar version of Rayman 1?"

Sure.

The 12th poll is: "What are your thoughts on the human princesses in Rayman Legends?"

.....hmm it appears this topic has stalled. I’ll bump in case an inspiration for a new poll comes around.

And this guy has the gall to post Spongebob videos when I get a bit behind with my polls. :tssk:

You know th...
One thing I should...

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Here is my suggestion for the next poll: Which laser-washing powder (from Rayman 3 of course) do you like the most?
