How often do you get a haircut?

I'm getting my hair dyed by a professional and before bleaching she cut off the dryer ends of my hair. This is probably the first time i've had it cut in possibly 8 years.
 
I'm not very good when it comes to getting haircuts. And I mean, I am CLUELESSLY just telling my usual barber to just trim all except the top, I couldn't gel or style my hair to save my life! I don't like getting haircuts very much, bc of the hair that falls off afterwards. I usually only take 1-2 haircuts per month. But what I like is that it takes only 30 minutes for me usually, and my fave part is when it's OVER.
 
I love the process. They make your head feel so warm and comfy, and I'm usually eating some A&W at the same time. I have my traditions!
 
My back always feels so itchy afterwards. It feels like there's hair caught in my jumper I guess, even though I know it's probably only my imagination. :?
 
Who knows it might not be? Every time after a haircut if I make the mistake of brushing my hair or laying my head somewhere, hair particles or something falls off. It gets a bit annoying after awhile.
 
I haven't actually gone for a haircut in over three years though, so I don't even know anymore. :P
 
Haircuts have never been pleasant for me, always incredibly painful. Probably because of my knotty hair, but even then I don't see the need in ripping my bloody scalp off.
As for hair falling out, with the state of my house anyone would think I own a dog :P

Maybe if you'd went even once you could've bought a brush to get the knots out, rather than putting the onus on your hairdresser who's on a schedule. :mrgreen: :tssk:
 
But I like knotty hair, in fact when I was really little it was genuinely a dream of mine to have a pet bird who would live in my hair-nest :lol:
 
Actually, i'm due for one pretty soon. But i can nver choose upon a style I like....man I'm clueless.
 
A year ? My last cut was like last week, but the previous one was a year before, I don't think it counts, but on the first day of the year, I cut all my hairs off and finished the work with a razor in order to run hitman style... I guess I'll be back with once a month now...
 
Trimmed my hair a few days ago. I now prefer my hair short in length, instead of medium.
 
I just got one yesterday. Decided to just cut it short all around except the top which I left a few cm long. I think I should consider coming up with a style for my hair kind of like my cousin does. He’s so much cooler than I think I am.
 
I think I'll go skinhead tomorrow literally so I can't pull at my hair. Stupid habit I have of doing that.
 
So I shaved my head again today. I forgot to say that :lol:

Did I really go 2 months before shaving my head? I couldn't have.
