Rayman Trilogy Remastered?

Unlike this twitter account. I'm glad almost no one really believes this account is real, I mean just making random tweets quoting Rayman games do not make an official game. :mefiant:

I applaud the account for "trying so hard" to make people believe it's real.
 
We should go on and ask them questions that aren't on the wiki and see if they know the answers :lol:

He have two models, one for Rayman 2 and probably Rayman 1 (seen on the game account) and one for Rayman 3. (seen on the creator account)
Honestly, i don’t really like the two models.
 
honestly anyway: there shoul never be a remake of a game that ages perfectly

I agree that Rayman 3 is already good and I prefer the original over the HD version. Revolution looks good too. You can see how much better the PS2 runs Rayman 3 than it does Rayman Revolution though which shows they got better at working with it by that stage.

Rayman 3 runs really well for a PS2 game.
 
If they need our support, then stringing us along with "ubisoft.com" credentials was hardly the best course of action. I'm sorry, but I don't believe there even is a project. :roll:
 
It seems as if all the avatar changes seem to be just fan-made renders. And if they wanted the support of people, and of this community, why go to all the trouble of claiming they're official when it's obvious that they're no good at trying to even fake it? I agree with Plum, there probably was never a real project even though I wish they were making one. :(
 
I also don't think trying to trick us like that was the best way to spread the word, but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they needed this to get more motivation for working on the project.
 
I wasn't even paying attention to it because I knew it was fake so I was just making up jokes :lol:

Well, in this case they're much less likely to get permission from the original publisher to charge twenty dollars a pop, so it'll never really match that level of scandal…

Yeah, you’re right. Also, the creator of the game make a poll on twitter to see if he would make a new model for Rayman for Rayman 1 or use the Rayman 2 model.

Also, maybe the topic should be moved into Rayman Fanwork (and renamed the topic "Rayman HD Collection (fangame)") ?
 
We'll leave it where it is for now. If the author wants to come here and make their own pitch, then they're welcome to do so in the fanworks section, or in this topic (which may then be moved to the fanworks section).
