I completely forgot about that title. I used to LOVE Little Big Planet though, one of my most highly played PS3 titles back in the day. But in recent years looking back at it and having played the Vita and Ps4 titles, I honestly think the game... doesn't feel so nice. The platforming pre-made story levels just have a very unsatisfying and sort of weighty feel to it. However some of the creations people have made are pretty fucking amazing.

Anyway, here are some games I really look forward to in 2018:

Street Fighter V Arcade Edition: Super excited to play the hell out of this with Adsolution, and to see the new array of characters and balancing tweaks they provide. The original Street Fighter V was an absolute fucking mess on launch, with a very shitty, small roster of characters, and the exclusion of any type of single player mode, not to mention the online was super buggy.

Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection: Third Strike is included, one of the greatest fighting games of all time, nuff said.

Ni No Kuni II: I haven't played the first one yet so that'll be on my backlog list, but I absolutely love the Studio Ghibli art style. Also this one is coming to PC so that is great (hopefully they port the first one.)

Kirby Star Allies: With the return of ability mixing, this one has a lot of potential to be a great 2.5D Kirby title.

Yoshi (2018): I think this one has a lot of potential to be great, I love the new art style a lot more than Wooly World which was a mediocre game.

Metroid Prime 4: Although I still need to play the original trilogy, I recently marathoned all the 2D Metroid titles and loved them to death, so playing the Prime titles is a must.

Bloodstained: I still have yet to play most of the Castlevania titles, but I'm very interested to see if this will be a kickstarter high point, or another mediocre cash in like Yooka-Laylee and Mighty No. 9.

Devil May Cry HD Collection: These games are finally getting a (proper) PC release, so I'm pretty excited.

Final Fantasy XV on PC: I've honestly really been looking forward to this simply because the choppy framerate on PS4 sort of held back my enjoyment a bit at times.

Megaman 11: What can I say, as long as they work on the graphics and animations a bit I think this will be a solid Megaman entry.

Dragon Quest 11: This will probably be my first Dragon Quest entry, but the graphics are so beautiful, it looks like it'll be a great first entry for those unfamiliar with DQ.

Persona 3/5 Dancing Moon and Star Night: I haven't played any of the Persona spinoffs yet, I'm not a huge fan of the fanservice in them and the dumbed down characterization, BUT I absolutely love the music remixes so I can't wait for this.

There's probably more but these are usually what come to mind for me.

Bump.

The only one right now I can think of off the top of my head is Kingdom Hearts 3 (and the next Rayman game in the future of course). I probably have more but I need to remember since I’ve been pretty absent-minded lately.

I'm adding the Persona spin-offs to my list, as well As BG&E2, though first I'm going to through the first BG&E.

Don’t forget that you can sign up for doing beta-test for BG&E 2.

Something tells me though that I'd have to fly to France. And then I'll look like a fool in real life, too since I can't speak French accurately. :P

I don’t think that you must go to France to beta-test BG&E2, i think that it’s more like that you getting a code from Ubisoft for downloading a beta version of the game.

Ubisoft release a new video about his line-up for the E3 2018. Apprently there will be new games announced during the conference but, there will be probably no Rayman game for this E3.

Sadly, this seems highly unlikely. :(
Still curious which games will come out though. :)

I predict a new Just Dance, Watch Dog 3, a new AC and no Rayman or Rabbids game.

Like every year since I've joined here, I have very low expectations for a new Rayman game to be announced during E3, not saying it can't happen, but with Ancel currently working on 2 projects at the same time, it just doesn't seem feasible.

Well, they could be sitting on an "Ancel-less" one, but based on what he's been saying for the past few years, I doubt he'd be okay with that, so yeah, I'd say no new Rayman. And that's fine.

From a few weeks ago, I've now added a few more games to this list, like Mario Tennis Aces.
