Rayman 3 scores

My LOTLD can be improved, but since it's already 109k it's alright for the time being. I could definitely improve HH also, but BOM and especially SBTC are what I need to improve. STBC why are you such a bastard :lol:
 
About what i said earlier....after watching a certain video, I'm wrong, I CAN improve upon my TLS score too, though not by much. It's mainly that crazy shoe still, but there are certain combos in TLS3 now that I want to try doing now.

Do you know that there's a secret room with a Green Gem in SBTC2? I'm asking because that Combo alone provides ~15k Points, and considering that your other scores are quite decent, 42k is surprisingly low in SBTC if you do know about that. Unless you hate SBTC so much that you really didn't feel like trying, I wouldn't know :P

This is nothing more than a recommendation, but I'd definitely leave both FC and LS for later. At your current total, FC and LS require the hardest work while providing the smallest improvements. Back then, I personally found TOTL and DOTK to be the easiest levels to pass 100k in (next to LOTLD, of course). But I gotta say, your Scores are coming along nicely :up:

I'm probably going to do that, considering how high my scores are. The video I was watching was yours actually. I think TOTL will probably be easier for me at this point, since I have not successfully gotten the 2 green gem combo yet on Dolphin, nor am I certain I can get it and I think a lot more trial and error will be needed for all the tunnel stages.

I know which one he’s talking about too, hehe. The first time I tried I was annoyed bc I got the green gem last and I didn’t know about the glitch back then.
 
I have good scores on most levels but I know nothing about BOM or SBTC. The fact that I just managed to pull off the green gem combo on part 1 and take the green gem for 9k has me delighted though :D
 
I spent 4 hours trying to record practice combos for myself. Yet I only have 1 level done. :lol:
Though it's given me a lot of good practice. Gonna try taking on TSBTC myself this time. So far at 11K going into part 2.
 
I managed to have 16k going into part to and only managed 64k because stupid things happened and I couldn't be bothered restarting an extremely annoying level about 50 times. I'll replay it again some other time.
 
Yeah at least you got a better score this time so your overall score has gotten better, definitely! :D
 
Well it's ok now because I've got that part 1 combo down which I thought was literally not possible. I'm delighted about that and I will definitely be improving the score further. I think I'll definitely stick to Xbox because firstly I have 671k so far on it, secondly the jump height thing and Lums glitch and thirdly because I managed to figure out that hex edit for widescreen for it.
 
I've come up with a lot of great combos so far in Rayman 3, though it's taking me awhile to perfect them. I used my entire night last night doing 1 combo in TSBTC.
1. Using the HMF from the piggy bank in the beginning to the last yellow gem before the second spinneroo (not counting the ones on the same ledge as it)

I just need to concentrate on baby steps until I get to the combo I want. Brainstorming too.

Well I finally updated my sig to reflect my current practice score. Yes, it's pretty much pathetic (for various reasons) but it'll get better. :)
 
Freaking hate how random that lums glitch is. I can't seem to get any more than 6K on the first 2 hoodlums (+black lums) and the green gem. Maybe I'm doing something wrong with this combo...
 
I can get 8k no problem on it but you can get about 11k if the Lums glitch works.
 
You mentioned the Lums glitch only works on consoles though. Hm but I think after testing so many times I think as long as I have enough extras I can get the green for 6K without the lums glitch.

Are you talking about a total of 6k? You can get 8k without the Lums glitch.
