Incidentally, those are degrees Fahrenheit. The French version has the temperatures in Celsius, which sound more reasonable. :P

Actually, it's "Exterior temperature: -61 degrees, interior temperature: 98.6 degrees and rising..." ;)

Edit: But like Plum said, it's dependent on the country you are from; the German version is another one which uses degrees Celsius instead of Fahrenheit.

Unfortunately I can't speak French so I referred to the English version :P

I have the PAL version but it seems to still use the same dialogue as the US version.

Bonus Question #1: Which PAL versions of Rayman 3 can possibly run at 60Hz?
 
You're missing something. PC is all the same so I only need the console versions.
 
I don't think a PS4 version exists. There's a really obvious one everyone is missing and I don't know how.

I'm surprised of all the PAL Rayman 3 PS2 players that everyone skipped that one so much. If you go into options on the main menu (the first menu before actually continuing the game), then go video options, you get the choice for interlaced 60Hz or progressive 60Hz.
