OK I'm sorry, a little mistake on my behalf here. Both of Aaron's answers are actually right as are both of yours, however there is still more levels than that. I'll allow all to reanswer due to my little mix up.

There is one more mentioned. I'll give you a hint, the Wiki doesn't mention it on the level itself, but it's mentioned on one of the other levels that this level is also loosely based on Tomb Of The Ancients.
