Globox learned to slap for self-defense due to the fact that Rayman kept punching him all the time in Rayman 3. :lol:
 
Glob crystals are only on Dreamcast because it's the best version of Rayman 2 especially because of the extra Globox content :P
 
Revolution has all those glitches on purpose to try make the game more difficult for the player.
 
The glitches are features to improve the game (this is why Rayman 3D is the best Rayman 2). Just like the perfect controls of Rayman DS.
 
That is also the reason why Rayman Advance is the best version of Rayman 1 along with Rayman Classic. One of the best features is falling through the rising Nenuphar.

Another good part of Rayman Advance is how Rayman can lose a life by doing nothing, such as standing on a maracas rocket when it explodes or phasing through a plum while riding it. :lol:
 
That plum feature is on PS1 just for one level where you pass through it on a nenuphar and it caught me off guard a couple of times :P

The Knaaren writing bad checks caused bankruptcy for the Rayman team but they were dug out of a hole by signing a contract for Rabbids crap until that earned them anough money to do something useful again and that's why we went so long before getting a decent Rayman game from Rayman 3 until Origins.
 
Tily is the best written and most memorable character in the Rayman series. Players loved her so much that it was decided to replace Ly with her.
